Starpointe Breaks Ground in North Phoenix
11 acres to become Aderra Condominium Residences—Arizona's largest condominium developer broke ground this week on its 312- unit upscale condominium community in North Phoenix.
Located on the southwest corner of Tatum Blvd. and Paradise Village Parkway South, Aderra will offer spacious one, two and three bedroom options ranging from 800 to almost 1,300 square feet. Homes will feature impressive 10' ceilings, fireplaces, granite slab kitchen countertops and open floor plans. Amenities will include a designer clubhouse, pool, spa, and state-of-the-art fitness center. Aderra also features secured underground parking with elevator access.
Aderra Condominium Residences borders Stonecreek Golf Course and is just blocks away from Paradise Valley Mall. Sales on the first phase of the community are expected to begin this summer, with the remaining two phases selling this Fall and Spring of next year. Prices will begin in the $190's.
