Starpointe Sells Out Two East Valley Communities
Scottsdale, AZ—Starpointe Communities, the Valleys largest condominium builder, sold out their first two East Valley developments recently.
Biagio Condominiums, a 116-unit community at Chandler Blvd. and Rural Rd. sold out in April followed by The Bridges at Ocotillo, a 234-unit community located in the Ocotillo Master Planned Community, selling out in May.
Biagio is an upscale community offering luxury condominium living with one and two story homes all with attached garages. Located less than a mile from Chandler Fashion Center and the 101, Biagio is surrounded by an abundance of major retail centers, businesses and restaurants.
