Corriente Condominium Residences: Update
With a focus on luxury, lifestyle and location, it's not surprising the tremendous anticipation to one of Starpointe's upcoming condominium communities, Corriente. Because of this anticipation, we will periodically send out VIP updates to keep everyone informed.
Corriente will be located in Scotttsdale on the current site of the closed Holiday Inn Sunspree, just east of Scottsdale Rd. at 7601 E. Indian Bend Rd. The private gated community will consist of 192 homes in 8 three story buildings with four floor plans ranging from 1000-1550 square feet in one, two and three bedroom options.
Features will include 9' ceilings, oversized windows and balconies, fireplaces and granite kitchen counters. Homeowners will have underground parking with elevator access to each building. Full resort style amenities will include a designer clubhouse, pool, spa, and state-of-the-art fitness center.
One of Corriente's most impressive features is the spectacular golf course and mountain views. Depending on the location of the home, homeowners will enjoy views of Silverado Golf Course, McCormick Ranch Golf Course, McDowell Mountains and Camelback Mountain.
Starpointe is also proud to announce that Corriente will be Scottsdale's second condominium community to qualify for the Green Building Stamp of Approval from the City of Scottsdale. This program rates building projects in various environmental impact areas and is designed to improve resource efficiency, lower operating costs, conserve natural resources and protect the environment.
Construction is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of this year, with sales following in the first quarter of 2006. Pricing and sales procedures are yet to be determined.
