Starpointe VIP's Must Re-Register
Scottsdale, AZ—Arizona's largest condominium developer is moving its pre-sales system online and asking all their current VIP's to re-register.
In an effort to update their database and assure that all the information is current and accurate, Starpointe Communities is creating a new VIP list and all current and future VIP's must visit starpointeproperties.com to re-register if they are still interested in receiving information from Starpointe.
"Our current VIP database goes back eight years and currently has almost 10,000 people. We really want to make sure that our energy is spent on reaching the people that are still interested in buying," says Robert Lyles, Partner at Starpointe.
The first phase of the VIP Portal went into operation last week and will be fully developed before sales begin at the 192 unit Corriente, located at Scottsdale Road and Indian Bend, in early 2006. Interested buyers will be able to update their contact information and communities of interest and register for sales drawings.
Starpointe VIP's are the first to receive information on all upcoming communities.
"We currently don't go public with sales, so becoming a Starpointe VIP is a must for anyone interested in our communities," says Lyles. "Moving this system online will also streamline the process for everyone."
