Starpointe Communities positions for growth
Local developer capitalizing on opportunities in multi-family Starpointe Communities, Arizona’s largest and premier builder of condominium homes and mixed use communities, is pleased to announce the addition of Kevin Ransil to their Corporate operations. A new partnership is being formed between Starpointe Communities and Kevin’s firm, Ransil Development Group, to be called Starpointe Multifamily. Kevin will lead acquisitions for Starpointe Multifamily to aggressively pursue and acquire multi-family assets throughout the Valley. A licensed Attorney and registered Architect, Kevin brings a multi-faceted depth of knowledge to Starpointe. Kevin spent more than 12 years at Mark Taylor, Inc. as Vice President and Investment Manager, and was responsible for acquisitions and development of new luxury apartment communities. Starpointe Multifamily’s goal is to search the market for real estate opportunities and become a resource for owners and developers who need to sell their properties.
